Joan Whitten

I knew Joan through working with Peter for many years at Hudson Headwaters Health Network. She was such a lovely lady who always was full of warmth and special feelings. She loved her family to the limits and all the "little ones" she and Peter welcomed into their home for short periods. She was always offering God´s wisdom to those around her. My condolences and love to my friend Peter, Kelly, Erin, and Lisa.

May the happy memories help outweigh the grief of this goodbye. I will always be grateful for our friendship.

I am so sorry to hear of Joan´s passing. I was fortunate to get to know her through my work as her eye doctor and to form a warm friendship. I was privileged to hear about all the wonderful accomplishments of her family, especially Erin, and to see the pure joy and pride in sharing with me. She was a light in this world that will be missed, but not forgotten. Her kindness and warmth during her visits will always stay with me. God´s peace and comfort to her family and friends.
