Joan Wilcox

Joan was a treasure to the community and neighbors. She was a second mother to many in our family. Her positive outlook, readiness for adventure and ability to connect with others made her a very special and unique individual, admired by most who knew her. I´m sorry for your loss. Joan was the nicest/kindest lady, and you could always find a smile on her face. We met Joan and family at the beach when they became our neighbors. She will be missed.

I didn't know Joan at all but she must have been something to raise Steve Iger son) who I knew well. She passed her love of the ocean to him. What a lively family she was a part of. She will be missed.
