Not sure what to say?

Joan was a sweet and kind woman. She never had a negative word to say. I know my parents (Barbara and Art Moody) loved their time together for the occasional Saturday cocktails at the lake. Rest in peace Joan. Dick, I know you are all so very very sad right now. May your sweet memories eventually fill the void in your universe.

I am so saddened to hear of Joans passing. It was an honor to know her and a pleasure to have her as a client but mostly to consider her a mentor and friend. She gave more of herself than she ever asked and was one of the most kindest, caring women I know. My condolences to Jennifer and the entire family. She will be deeply missed.

I remember sailing into your dock on a sunny, windy afternoon. Matt and Jack were much younger. The boys were not that enthusiastic to take up my invitation for a short sail, in inclement winds especially around the point of land close by, but Joan was right into it and jumped in. Fond memories.

To Dick and all the family,
We’re so sorry to learn of Joan’s passing. Our sincere condolences. Julie & Bill Giffen, Sleepy Hollow Rd.

Mrs. Wilson was instrumental in shaping some of my fondest childhood memories on Christie Lake. She was fundamentally good and always chose kindness. I hope that solace is found in the memories and positive impact that she leaves behind.

Dear Wilson Family, I am so saddened to hear of Joan's passing. She was a customer (as well as Dick and Jennifer) for many, many years. I always enjoyed visiting with her when she came in. My deepest sympathies to your entire family.

Our sincere sympathy on the passing of Joan. She was a gem - such a lovely and gracious woman. We will miss her up at Christie Lake and think of her often. Carolyn and Rick Whittall

Our deepest sympathies on your loss and ours. With my love from Christie Lake, Andy and Krystyna Williamson
