Wow, I only heard of Joan's passing a few days ago. I have interfaced with Joan for nearly 20 years, such a great lady, she knew her job and was so supportive and willing to help us guys overseas to get us answers to our questions. I am sure the Government of Egypt will miss you dearly, you gave it your all to help us all. God Bless Your Family and may you rest in Eternal Peace.

Joan was a wonderful friend and a beautiful knitter. I will always remember our discussions about yarn and knitting patterns. She was great to talk to and fun to be around. She will be missed. My condolences to the family.

My deepest condolences to the family. I knew Joan for many years and by far was one of the best teammates I´ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I was very blessed to have the opportunity to get to know Joan and call her my friend. I will always treasure our first trip to Egypt together. She will be greatly missed by all.
