Joan, I met you a few times over all of my years with Busey. Our communities are so fortunate for all of the involvement you had in so many great ways. I just wanted to say that I so admire this obituary writing that that you had a large part of it to say what you felt. That is amazing. Even at passing you are continuing to inspire. Thank you.

Ted and Family, We are so very sorry for your incredible loss! Joan was an amazing woman. Always made us laugh as we had our conversations across our fence line as neighbors often do. Our love for our dogs always entered the conversation and when we would ask if her and Ted were doing ok, she would always say "At our age, we´re still walking and talking, so we´re good." So sorry to hear of her passing. She and I worked very closely while I was in Occupational medicine and she in marketing. She was always full of fun and a lovely person on or off her job. She loved her family very much and we would compare notes. My sincerest condolences

Hi Ted & Family. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a great companion to you and mother and grandmother to your children and grandchildren. Words are just not enough ease your pain. She will be missed by many and remain in your hearts & souls forever!
