Not sure what to say?

I was heartbroken to hear about Joan. I always loved her and thought of her as another grandma. Her and my own grandmother were great friends, so I spent a lot of time growing up around Joan and Dwaine. Graegle was always a place that brought me a lot of joy, and I will never forget the great time we had there.
Much love and support!

I was very sad to hear of your loss.I enjoyed meeting Joan and we had a nice time working for the Census.

Joanie will be missed by her many friends from Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI).

Joan was a member at Curves where I work and I spent some time getting to know her.
She was always so happy and I am going to miss her smiling face there.
And Ol' Blue! (she knows what I mean) = ) She came in to work out a year after her stroke and her and I thought together.. there's no better place than the gym to celebrate! She is and will always be an inspiration to me!
The sun is still shining on you Love!

Dwaine, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. My memories of Joanie will always be of how happy she always was and what a fun person to be around. I know she will be greatly missed by everyone who ever knew her.

I share the sorrow of my friend Kim and her entire family.
In 1980, Joanie was my benevolent and understanding landlord; my husband and I rented her M Street house early in our marriage. When we brought our daughter(now almost 27) home from the hospital, Carly slept safely and soundly in her crib, surrounded in part by the kindness extended by Joanie and Dwaine.
I will never forget that or their unexpected appearance at Clyde's memorial service more than two decades later.

My deepest sympathy Mr Evans, she was a great lady and will be missed Mary Braun Randall

It was always such great fun visiting with Joan on her family visits to Austin. We'll miss her.

What a good picture. A great lady who will be missed so much. Many many happy memoried. A much loved member of our family.
