It is hard to believe that it has been ten years when we lost this beautiful soul among us on earth. Now that her grandchildren through me and Rick are older and one even has children of his own, I can see so clearly the mark she left on all of us. Because of her, my family is more humble, more giving, more fastidious, and shows grace in so many important ways. Nana, to the boys, was always the one to give those great big hugs and then remind them to pay attention to how the looked before...

She loved us fully and unconditionally with all of her heart. I was honored to be able to call her mom and I did it as much as I possibly could because she brought joy to my heart just hearing her say hello.
