Not sure what to say?

There are many thoughts that come to mind when I think of my Aunt Jo. The one thing that I remember the most was her loving way of "telling it like it is". She was a very compassionate person who enjoyed every aspect of life. I know that one day we will meet her again at that great reunion with Jesus.

Joann was and still is a wonderful yet stubron mom, granny and the best thing to have,a friend! She always told it like it was.But she was a loving and caring.I remember the last time I saw her I helped her open a can of diced tomatos and after I opened it,she said"I love you Taylor!"and"Do you want a push-pop?"so I took 1 and said I love you too,and thanks! She always made you smile or laugh even though there was nothing funny! We all loved and still love you JO!!!!!!!!

JoAnn, I miss you for your honesty, laughter, humor, and most of all, defiance. Time spent with you was both enjoyable and educational. Rest in Peace!

We were so saddened to hear of Joann's passing. We worked together for many years at UF and there are many fond memories. Heartfelt condolences to Tammy, Ashley,Glenn and the entire family.

JoAnn and I shared many great times together through the years, she was always there for her family and friends and always had something funny to say about any situation, she will truely be missed. My Heart goes out to Tammy, Ashely, Granny, Carla, Patti and Angie she loved you all so much.

Joann will be missed by many people and I will always remember her kind and giving spirit. We had a lot of fun times through high school at GHS and as we played and water skied with our JIMMY'S and or kids at Lake Anne

JoAnn at UF Entomology

I will always remember Joanne for her laugh and her smile. Joanne was really close to my sister, Patti, when they were growing up. Patti has countless memories of the good times they shared. Patti can't help but remember the good times that she, Joanne, Gerald and Jack had playing at Granny's and Papa's house. Now, Jack, Gerald and Joanne have "gone home", and we know they are waiting for us!
We love you Tammy, Carla and Aunt Mary
