Steve, Chris, Kelly, Jessie and families, I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I worked for and with Joann for many years at Health and Human Services in Lincoln. She was a very special person and one of my dearest friends at the Dept. I am so sorry to hear of Joann's passing! I worked with her back in the 1980's when I was a rookie surveyor and she helped train me. What a kind, patient and always cheerful person. I always enjoyed our brief chats in the hallways of the State Office Building. She will most definitely be missed.
