Brenda, I adored your mother and am so happy that I have one of her wonderful nude vases. I was searching for her website to share her works with a young artist friend here in Atlanta when I found her obituary instead. I know you and all of your family have many wonderful memories. I hope they bring you some comfort.

I will always be grateful to JoAnn. She encouraged and supported me in every artistic effort - especially my work in clay. I loved being at Alternatives always! We were also connected through Newcomb Art (my late Mother was a 1925 Newcomb Art grad and I was a 1968). JoAnn would always hug and kiss me and say: "Are you still teaching Art?"
