JoAnn was a Good Mother. She treated everyone as kind as a Mother would her own children. She always sought the comfort of others before her own.
She filled so many other roles too...
...a nurse when we didn’t feel well
...the provider of a hot meal on snowy winter afternoon
...someone to reassure us when we were discouraged
...a friend to confide in without being judged
...someone to support and defend of our decisions
