I was a year behind JoAnn in school but she was a role model for me. I looked up to her as an example of school spirit and gentle kindness. I remember her friendly smile and laughter. I am blessed to have known her.

JoAnn to say you are greatly missed would be an understatement. The love and compassion you showed to most everyone is part of your legacy. Its hard to go to the bar now with you not there.I miss GIGI so much.No-one sees her either.I am trying to keep the cats and kittens fed and protected.I know you loved them too.Enjoy your journey in Heaven. You will make lots of friends. You were and still are loved.

She always spoke and was pleasant and cheerful! Loved seeing her dog in the bar the big poodle may she R.I.P. prayers and Condolences With Deepest Sympathy to her family, friends and Customers who patronized Rustic Haven plus she had wonderful bar server's great food and Cooks won't be the same!

I remember meeting JoAnn in front of the Dougout bar on Salem Avenue 40 years ago. We become friends and I worked for her part time at all her bars in Dayton and at The Rustic Haven. We used to go to Lexington Kentucky to the Marriott and hit the restaurants. We´ve spent many an evening at the Oakwood Club & the Pine Club. I will miss all the good times we had together.
