Not sure what to say?

I love and miss my Grandma so much. She was a great woman and I will never forget all of the wonderful things that she taught me. She would always tell me, "You have to be Grandma's happy girl!" She taught me to never let anything get me down in life, to always be a "happy girl." She taught me to hold on to my hopes and dreams, and to never let anything get in the way of my goals in life, to work hard and stay in school. Grandma taught me how to make mashed potatoes and french toast,...

I am so sorry to hear of JoAnne's passing. JoAnne was my next door neighbor on Stonewall Terrace for many years and she was a wonderful neighbor and friend. I am just sorry that after I moved away I lost touch. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

Mark and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. May you find peace and comfort in the days ahead.

JoAnn became the very first friend I had when I moved to Virginia in 1983. We've been through happy times and sad times but she has always been there for me. I truly miss her and am so sad that I didn't get to see her again but I will never forget "JoBud". Farewell old friend!

Jo brought so much joy to our lives at Bluefield College as well as in reminiscing all through my life. She was truly a gift from God to many of us. My smypathy and love to her family and close friends. I am so very thankful for the continued support of her close friend, Nancy, through the years. May Jo rest in peace! Keep her bereaved family and friends in His loving care through this sad time.

I was saddened to hear of Joanne's passing. My prayers are with you.

MY CONDOLENCES TO JO ANN'S FAMILY, WHEN I SPOKE WITH HER IN JULY I KNEW SHE WAS IN POOR HEALTH BUT THIS WAS A SHOCK TO ALL OF THE LADIES IN VFW AUXILIARY 5500. I KNOW SHE IS WITHOUT PAIN NOW.

I am so sorry to hear about Joanne. I just heard last night and I was in shock. I am thinking about you in this time of grief.

JoAnn became my friend shortly after I moved to Stonewall Terrace 35 years ago. We shared many conversations over coffee, enjoyed time at the beach in our younger days and many evenings in our lawn chairs in my yard or hers. She was a dear, dear friend and I will miss her, but I know that she is at peace now.
