Read MoreJoAnn was one of a kind. We have many fond memories with her and Dee dating back to our days on board the USS Wisconsin BB-64. It has been a joy to maintain our friendship over these last 3 decades or so. She was so passionate about her work with the elderly. We know that she left a lasting impression on so many people's lives. We will surely miss her. Dee, we are sending hugs and positive thoughts from Kansas.
