The entire Cotnoir family is very sorry for the loss of a wonderful woman. We know that she was the biggest and best fan for over 50 years. She will be sorry missed by all her family, friends, and former students. Our deepest sympathies.

Some of my earliest memories are of Joann and her family. The legacy she left through her children and generations following show the depth of her love of family and her God. Rest, God welcomes you home. May His light shine upon you.

Fran and JoAnn both were so influential in the lives of my children through teaching and coaching as well as being wonderful neighbors for nearly three decades. Our sincere condolences to the entire family on JoAnn's passing now. Certainly lives and amazing contributions worth celebrating.
