Not sure what to say?

JoAnn was my best freind. We spent many happy hours together traveling, scrap-booking, shopping, eating, watching movies and special TV programs, talking, and talking, and talking, and just enjoying life. She was thoughtful, generous, funny, sensitive, caring, interesting, and truly a special lady. I miss her very much and will always treasure the memories of my best friend and the times we shared.

In loving memory of JoAnn Myers Thom - a loving sister-in-law and friend. Your memory is my keepsake with which I'll never part. God has you in His keeping, I have you in my heart. I love and miss you.

Blessings, Family!

JoAnn was my aunt by her marriage to my Uncle Bill. I love JoAnn - we always loved to talk about beads, and rocks, and gardening (especially the irises!)

JoAnn's shining Spirit shone through her eyes, its one of the things I'll always remember about her. I know that shining Spirit is blessing us all from her place in the heart of God.

Deepest condolences to you, Leslie, Bobby, and Family!

Vernita and I always appreciated Jo Ann's sense of humor. She was our friend and we will miss our visits with her. The last time we were at her house Jo Ann showed us some of her family albums. She was so proud of her grandchildren.
With heartfelt condolences to her loved ones,
Kevin & Vernita Wright

I met JoAnn only once, which was fortunate and unfortunate. It was fortunate because I was given the chance to meet someone so wonderfull and it was unfortunate because it was the only time I was able to meet her. She made me smile only seconds after I walked in her front door.
When I walk into a room I notice that there are two kinds of people in the room, there are the ones that you don't notice much of except for the fact that they are in the room and then there are the ones...

Not only was JoAnn my grandmother, she was also one of my closest friends. She always had the ability to make you feel your best around her, and she always had the laugh and smile that would lighten up any room. I will never forget all the memories I have shared with her, and I am so thankful and honored to be her grandchild. She was one special lady, and she will always live in my heart. My daughter Madison was only a couple of weeks old when my grandma died and never got to meet her. ...

JoAnn was my mother-in-law and I will miss her very much. I am grateful for her support and love for us and thankful to have known her if even for only a few short years. I'll always remember her smile, her crazy vacation pictures with Eileen, the wine train, oldies radio playing in her car, her love of Wienerschnitzel, and margaritas. Whenever we visited we would go to Spinning Wheel so I could have pancakes and she was always willing to go and indulge my yearning (even if she had just...

Mom had the biggest heart of any person I've ever known. She was loving, giving, caring, and considerate. She also had the best sense of humor. I miss her. I miss her smile. I miss her warmth. I miss her laugh. I miss her hugs. But as much as I miss her, I am glad that she is no longer suffering and is in a better place. She's with Dad now, and I know that they both are watching over all of us.
I love you, Mom. Les

I'm glad that my grandma could stay down here with us for the last couple months. I will always remember the midnight runs to wienerschnitzel we did when she watched us.
