Joann Jane Wampler, age 69, of Newport PA, passed away quietly on Monday, August 12, 2019. Joann was born on July 29, 1950 and was the daughter of the late Yetton Wagaman and Alverta (Dump) Baker Wagaman. She is also preceded in death by her brother Donald Wagaman and her sister Norma Barnes....

I felt honored to assist you and Joann during her last few weeks of life. I am sorry that I had not met her sooner. I hope that she is now resting peacefully in a land full of obedient dogs and beautiful horses. I wish you well, and I am so sorry for your loss.
