I am truly saddened to just find out about Ms. Joann. The last time I ran into her in our only meeting place (the grocery store) we talked about her illness, but she still laughed, she still smiled and she still told me how beautiful I was – something she had been doing since first met her as a little girl. I’ll always remember her smile and that laugh and those compliments she gave that often lifted my spirit many of days.

Joann’s life here on earth is finished, but her journey in heaven has just begun. I will always cherish the special place that she has held in my heart as a great neighbor and a good friend.
