Cox, Joanna J.
85 of Glendale, Arizona, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2011. She was born on September 14, 1925, in Richmond, Missouri to Clarence and Bertha Denton. She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings, and her husband, Carrol Wayne Cox. Joanna is survived by 3 daughters, Janice (Joe) Smallwood, Patricia (Kent) Fleming, Karen (John) Pallanich,5 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 5th, 5-8 pm and Services Wednesday, April 6th of I I am. Both will be held of Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ. ln lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E Flower St, Phoenix, AZ 85014 or the Alzheimer's Association, Desert Southwest Chapter, 1028 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006. I miss you so terribly much great grandma! I am very happy that i got to care take for you for a while, i wish i would have spent more time with you. You were and are an amazing person and everyone should have known that. i love you with all my heart!
