Not sure what to say?

My heart still cracks open a little more when I think about Dr. Hayden and the fact that she no longer graces this earth with her presence. Started out as my professor and became my true friend. Too young to break these earthly chains and soar, yet so deserving of a rest from the maladies she experienced on this earth. Continue to rest in the arms of angels. I miss you.

Truly sad news. Always a pleasure to see her at class reunions with her smile which said everything and required little conversation. Grace and her joy in living shining from within to a lucky recipient. God bless your sweet soul.

My sincere condolences to Joanna's family. I have very fond memories of her in JFK and in our Majorette days. She was as smart as she was beautiful. May she rest in eternal peace.

Her passing has taken a little piece of my heart, that I'll never get back. Rest in the sweetest peace. Rob

We spent many Saturdays marching with the teams, band, coaches, fans, etc., to games at Hinchcliffe Stadium. And yes, that's a fire baton she's twirling and I got to light it! Smelled like gasoline all day. Joanna threw that thing a good 20 feet into the air, spun around and caught it. Pretty...
