I had the pleasure of participating in the water aerobics class at the Portsmouth Naval Medical Center pool with Joanna. She always brought a smile to the class and even named her favorite exercise, "the Joanna stretch". In no time, we all referred to that exercise in the same manner. I shall think of her each and every time i do "the Joanna stretch".
