Not sure what to say?

Thoughts are with the family. Mrs. Baker was one of my teachers at Sacred Heart. I have fond memories of her sitting at the piano on Fridays and leading us in song. She was one of the good ones and is missed.

I was fortunate to work with Joanne at the library. She was such a warm and friendly person who shared her experiences, intelligence and love of life. The world has lost a truly generous and loving person.

Mrs. Baker was my 4th grade teacher and more notably, my favorite grade school teacher at Sacred Heart. She made each child feel smart and valued. I loved how music filled her classroom and I'll never forget how she would read Little House on the Prairie books to us, I think to calm us down after recess. She was devoted. She had a big heart and she made a lot of lives better through her teaching.

Heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promised at 1Thessalonians 4:14 will bring you comfort. Knowing that there is a future for the ones we have loss in death can be reassuring.

Joanne was a very special sister-in-law. She will be sorely missed by family and friends!

Sorry to hear about the loss of your wife.

Joanne was a very talented pianist.. No matter what the old song was, she could play it well. I had the pleasure of playing the organ at Church when she was at the piano. Playing with her was a real pleasure. My condolences to Joanne's family.
