I just heard about your loss during mass this morning and want you to know that we are keeping you all in our prayers. With deepest sympathy, The Bokar family.

Mike, Megan + Katie,

I am deeply sorry for the loss of your mom. I really enjoyed talking with her at your track + XC meets while you ran for SHS. She had a very good sense of humor and was very proud of all of you. God Bless all of you through this difficult time.

Dear Joe, Mike, Megan and Katie,
Any of us from the "Bruce" community who got to know Joanne knew more than anything her love for her family was the most important thing to her. The stories she'd tell about each of you kids were wonderful and you 3 grew up to all of us through her words. Those memories stay with all of us. Joanne remains with us in our thoughts and stories we all have about her. She will be missed by all of us at concerts and remembered each time we hear Thunder...

Katie,
I was so sad to hear about your loss. I remember seeing your mom at Kinsner always helping out. I have been thinking of you and your family during this difficult time.

In that "world" her humor, kindness, and great spirit and love of life shone through clearly. But what was most evident was the love she felt for her family, and that it was fully reciprocated.
As a certain singer that Joanne...

Joe, Mike, Megan and Katie,

I am yet another of Joanne's online Bruce friends. Despite rumours to the contrary, we did occasionally talk about other subjects. I will always remember how proud Joanne was of all of you and how much her love for her family always shone through even when life wasn't going quite according to plan. I only met her once, last year, at Giants Stadium and it was so lovely to know that the sweet person who posted was just like that in real life. My...

Joe, Mike, Megan & Katie,

I am also one of Joanne's "Bruce" friends. I feel very fortunate to have known Joanne. She will be missed by many. My condolences.

Joe, Mike, Megan, and Katie,

So very sorry for your loss. I spent many a happy moment with Joanne at shows and tailgates over the past eight years. When Shelley and I got married a couple of years ago, our honeymoon was spent at the Hershey show where we got to see many of our Bruce friends, including Joanne and Joe. That will always be a happy memory for us. The other happiest part of Joanne's life was you, her family. We were lucky to also get to meet Joe. We're sorry we didn't...
