Not sure what to say?

I met Joanne at UMass, Amherst. We became good friends and shared a lot of laughs, especially when she was helping me put highlights in my hair and left the preparation on too long and I wound up with bleached blond straw-like hair!! We kept in touch for many years after school. I loved her annual visits

Joanne was a close friend for over 30 years. She was smart, witty, funny and compelling with her ideas and thoughts. I miss our conversations and reflecting on life's twists and turns. She was taken from us earlier than any of us expected. Good friends are not easily found and Joanne was one of the best. Ken Hanover

My condolences to Joanne's family for your loss. I only knew Joanne for a short time, through work, but she was always kind to me and we enjoyed a few laughs every time she came into our office. May Joanne rest in peace.

Dear Harry & Joyce,
I am so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you both. I remember when she started college and Mike and I helped her move we had some good times. Always, Cindy

Joanne has been a close friend, since I met her in the fall of 1970 at UMass,Amhert through our mutual friend, Jane Huntington. Joanne' visits to me around Thanksgiving have been the best part of my holidays for many years. I will miss her sense of humor and clever insight. A one in a million woman. My love to her wonderful family.

To the Coolen family I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Joanne. I hope the words recorded at Jeremiah 29:11,12 brings some encouragement

Joanne will always be remembered for her quick wit and compassion for others. Will miss our talks. My love and prayers to Joyce and Harry.
Love you, Maureen Rehs
