LIMA -- JoAnne (Jo) Decker, 97, of Lima, passed away January 13, 2026, at The Greens of the Lima Convalescent Home in Lima. She was born December 19, 1928, in Toledo to the late Howard and Helen (Miller) Walker. On December 28, 1946, she married Floyd Decker who preceded her in death.
