I am so sorry for your loss. I know JoAnne was not ready to leave this earth. She still had too much she wanted to do such as watching her grandchildren graduate and complete many quilting projects!!! I was fortunate to be JoAnne`s assistant for 28 years and that allowed me to replace her when she retired. I will miss her very much. Thank you JoAnne for being my "boss" and friend! Nancy

Jeff and Kevin, I had the pleasure of working with your mom during my tenure as chief of the Wilbraham Fire Department. As a new chief, she patiently mentored me about municipal accounting and financing, lessons I never forgot and used often. Upbeat, positive, trying to solve problems and helping me balance my department budget are how I will remember her. I feel blessed to have had her as my friend and colleague.
