JoAnne M. Kramer FREDERICKSBURG JoAnne M. Kramer, 62, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at her home. She was the wife of James A. Heisey. Born in Harrisburg on March 10, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anne Brightbill Dolo. JoAnne enjoyed her flowers, gardening, bird watching and she enjoyed her family get-togethers, especially Christmas and the family picnics. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Rick Negrete II and his wife Renee of Bressler, and Jeffrey S. Kramer, Jr. and his companion Amy Arnold of Jonestown; grandchildren, Amanda and Kodey Negrete and Joshua and Zachary Kramer; and brothers, William Woodward of Rutherford and Joseph Dolo. A memorial services will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at 7 p.m. at the Kreamer & Lum Funeral Home & Crematory, Rt. 72 and Camp Meeting Road, Jonestown. No viewing, but a visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
