Not sure what to say?

To The Murphy Family,

Mrs. Murphy was always a kind and warm person. I have fond memories of having Mrs. M. as a Literature teacher in 7th Grade at St. Mary's. I enjoyed talking with her over the years I have seen her, Mrs M. knew how to put a smile on my face. My prayers and thoughts go out to the Murphy Family (Michael was a close friend of mine at St. Mary's). I wish all of you well. Please take care.
PS: Mike, drop me a line. I'd love to hear from you.

Mr. Murph and all,
Mrs. Murphy was such a genuine person. She was so fun to be around and our family will cherish all the great times including all the fun Thanksgivings our family had at your house. She was also my favorite teacher. Our family will truly miss her. Sincere condolences for your loss.

Walter and all...Joanne was a most wonderful person. Never about herself, she gave everyone around her everything she had. Mostly her love and understanding. I'll never forget the many times she welcomed me into her home and fed me dinners when I was a young teacher in Revere, and had a tough commute home.

I love and respect you,

George Murphy

Mrs. Murphy/Joan,
You left this earth before we had a chance to say goodbye...We loved having you and your family as our neighbors and enjoyed your friendship over the years. You touched the lives of so many and will be missed by all who knew you, especially all of us @ Flynn Ave. Our deepest sympathy to your family.

I had the pleasure and honor of teaching next door to Walter at Riverside School for a number of years. I was always inspired and motivated, as have been countless number of students, teachers and parents over the years by Walter and Joan's love and dedication to family, community and students. Walter and Joan were a wonderful role model for what family should and can be. I send my deepest condolences and prayers to your family.

I've just learned of Joanne's passing and I wanted to express my condolences to Walter and the family. She was close to my family when I was growing up and I am saddended at this news. My prayers and thoughts are with her family today and beyond.

Mrs. Murphy was an amazing mother and teacher. I always admired her for her patience and understanding. She loved to have a crowd around and always welcomed me and the rest of her children's friends into her home. We had a lot of good times and made great memories there. She will be missed greatly but I feel lucky to have her watching over me.
