Not sure what to say?

You entered my soul through your music many years ago. I brought your CD's for many that I knew would find joy in your music (including my children). I became aware of you health struggles and was sad to hear when you left your physical body. That was many years ago and you still live in my heart.

We miss you, Joanne!

Saw her at the Iroquois Museum and Hunter Mountain Pow Wow, she had the voice of an angel. Just had a conversation with a Lakota from South Dakota and I punched her name into my phone looking for her photo and found she had passed, very sad, she was a fine lady and artist.

She Sings in Sky world

She inspired me to want to play the flute which I plan to do soon. She was such a blessing❤

Joanne S, (my name-sake also .... JS ) was truly inspirational as a Sister and songwriter

We met on a flight into Syracuse over 40 years ago and I became a fan to this day and had since I am now 75 soon to be 76 always wanted her to sing at my funeral in Utica New York when the time came! I have instructed my family to bring her music to that event when it comes so she can be there in spirit! I will take her memory with me wherever 'I go!

My condolences to her family and friends . She spent time with me ...healing in so many waysw .I live with me and Jo helped find peace with that and so much more . I love you Mama . forever and beyond .
