Not sure what to say?

Gene and Family,

I am sorry to learn of Jodi's passing, yet I know that God is holding her now, where she is happy and at rest.

It was such a pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet Jodi in 2007, when both of you came to Oregon City for the 60th High Class Reunion. In the years since, I enjoyed the correspondence with Jodi, in which she shared some of her paintings, which are inspiring and lovely.

May God be with you and family at this time of your loss.

Dear Gene, We are so very sorry to hear of Jodi's passing. Praise the Lord you will see her again. We all look forward to that. In the time left here on earth we will pray that the Lord will stay very close to you and keep you in His loving arms.

My dear brother,
I was saddened today to hear today of
of Jodi's passing away. That away is away to heaven and a better place. I always looked forward to visiting with her in church. There was always a sparkle in her life. When Angie passed away a few months ago it was always the Lord that kept my spirits high because I knew where she was and looked forward to seeing her soon.
God is so good, He always is.

Julie, Tom and Family, hope it comforts you to know that God is with you in your time of loss. Please accept our deepest sympathy on the loss of such a beloved woman, your mother!

Gene, We just learned of Jodi's passing from Cheryl. Thinking of you and Jodi brings back many memories, and we will be trusting with you for the Father's special love and comfort during these difficult days of life without you partner. My coping with Eleanor's passing was more difficult than I had anticipated, and I learned why God put us in the church as His body--His family to help other members of the family. Be assured of our prayers for you and the family.

Warmly, in...

Gene, Marsha and I express our sympathy to you at the home-going of your lovely wife. We remember her as a kind-hearted, joyful and supportive friend of many FWBC students like us! We count it a privilege to have known her and look forward to seeing her again one day. "What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived the things God has prepared for those who love him..." May you find Jesus near in these days of tears of sorrow mixed with tears of joy. Dennis...

I would like to offer my deepest condolences. Please find comfort in the words found at Psalms 37:11. I hope this brightens your day.

What a wonderful woman! Daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, greatgrandmother. I did not know her but I do know her daughter and, through Jules, I see her. God bless her family!

Gene and family: So sorry to hear of Jodi's passing. She was such a vivacious person, and was always a source of encouragement to me. I still have the "Coach" ceramic she made for me sitting on a shelf in my study. May God grant you all His comfort and peace, and may He fill your mind with many precious memories!
