Jodie Gayoso

I did not find out until today. I am very sad to hear the news of the passing of such a wonderful person. She was always so kind and a great listener. She will be missed by so many. Observing your family’s grief.

I am so saddened by this news, Jodie and I were on faculty together for years at MUSC. She was incredibly talented and smart. I've watched the boys grow up on Christmas cards and know she was an amazing, devoted mom. My heart goes out to Tony, the boys and all her extended family.

We were fortunate enough to have met Jodie and Tony living next door. She always exuded a warm and caring smile. I remember when she called me because she was stuck in the elevator, she was calm and said hey I can't get out, but really she had already figured it out and was proceeding to crawl out, it was funny after the fact. She always impressed me with her knowledge and her kindness. We use to solve small world problems in the driveway. She will never be forgotten and always missed.
