I am at a total loss for words about this unspeakable tragedy. I just found out about this terrible event today through communication from one of our medical residents here in Richmond, VA. I will always remember Jody for her beautiful smile and her generous heart. She was a wonderful caring person and a great physical therapist. I will always treasure her memory as a great colleague and one of the finest people that I have ever had the honor of working with. She will be deeply missed.

I was so saddened to hear of the loss of Jody. I hesitate to say "loss" because we all know you will never "lose" Jody. She lives in your heart and memories. I know I cherish the memories I have of the times I spent with her. You should feel so proud of the wonderful person you helped create.

My husband and I learned of Jody's passing through an email from the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association. Although we do not know her, news of this tragedy hit close to home, being that we both are physical therapists as well. We are terribly sorry for your loss and will keep you in our prayers. I'm sure Jody's accomplishments and caring attributes are celebrated every day in the lives of the patients she touched.
