Jody L. (Philbrook) Swann, 43, of Chesterfield, Indiana, an office manager at various companies, died at Community Hospital in Anderson, Indiana, on Monday, May 13, 2002. Calling hours are scheduled for Thursday, May 16, 2002, 5-8 p.m., at Brown Butz Diedring Funeral Home, 515 East 53rd Street, Anderson. Services are scheduled for Friday, May 17, 2002, 1 p.m., at the funeral home, officiated by Ned Clark. Burial will be at Bronnenburg Cemetery, Chesterfield. Arrangements entrusted to Brown Butz Diedring Funeral Home, Anderson, Indiana.
Jody was a very good friend of mine during high school. I had communicated with her recently through email and knew of her illness.
Jody is truly and inspiration for all who knew her. She will be missed.
God Bless her family during this time. We love you Jody!

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and close friends of Jodie's. I graduated with her and have only seen her a couple of times but I've heard of her tremendous courage. As our reunion nears I am quite aware someday we will see you again at the GREAT REUNION!!!
