When I think of Frank I remember his presence as always enthuastic about whatever the subject at the time. I remember how devoted he was to his wife Brenda. His adoration for Anissa and Erin. I will miss him at our family get togathers in Arkansas. Frank made a lasting impression on me and I will never forget what a wonderful, and kind person he was.
