L.D. "Joe" Ball

Met Joe when I was employed by Begley Lumber and bought several logs from him over the years. Joe was an interesting person and we became friends. Joe got me involved in helping with demonstrations at several Tree Farm functions. Joe was a "one of a kind" and we learned from each other. He will be missed in the Forest Products Industry---rest in peace, Joe.

Joe has been a true inspiration and as good a person as a man can be. I'll truly miss him and the times I have had with him.

Our love and deepest sympathy to Doris, Iris, Todd, Kenton and family in the loss of Joe. We are so very sorry and pray for peace and comfort during this difficult time.

Doris, Kent, Todd and Iris - So sad to hear this news. Some of my favorite times in Somerset were spent on Pumphouse Road - such a great family! Joe was a strong personality - and a man of character.... and a character! I know none of those thoughts are news to you. My family in Nashville will be praying for you as you walk this new path as a family. Doris - I would love to drop by and just talk sometime, catch up a bit and share some pictures and stories.
