TUSCALOOSA Infant Joe Alan Banks of Tuscaloosa died Sept. 29, 2008, at DCH Northport Medical Center. Sunset Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, is in charge of arrangements.Survivors include his parents, Nichole Ann and Joe Lindsey Banks of Tuscaloosa, and his brother, Troy A. Banks.
