Not sure what to say?

he was the most genuine man i ever met. kind and giving, and a wicked sense of humor. people like Joe are few and far between.

A greta classmate at the U.S. Naval Academy! A true gentleman and humble friend!!

I was a classmate of Joe Bellino at the U.S. Naval Academy, Class of 1961. He was a good friend and did not let his outstanding athletic ability deter him from being a great friend. He was a humble person and friends were his humble legacy. Go NAVY and Semper Fi !!

my wife and i met joe at the golf outing in portage maine must have been 88 or 89. what an honor to meet such a wonderful man and great football player. i did not know of of his passing and i am sorry to hear that. God Bless

My aircraft carrier, the USS Intrepid was cruising in formation somewhere in the western Atlantic Ocean in 1963 with a destroyer on our starboard flank. Joe Bellini was aboard the destroyer. Some of our crew members recognized Joe and began shouting to him. He acknowledged the shouts with a friendly wave. I was pleased by the comradery displayed by Joe to his fellow sailors.

Joe was a year behind me at Winchester High School. His sister was in my class. He was an accomplished athlete.

Met Joe while working for Ford. Wonderful warm human being . God bless him!

The first best from the great football term in the history of the world,United States Navy. He was a man among giants. I always love to go down to the academy to see his trophy, also rogers. I hope he had a great life because he gave me great joy. God bless the U.S Navy and Joe!
