Joe and I started for the City about the same time, me in the Police Department and him at the Shop. We grew to be close friends over the years. There was no mechanic at the Shop that was better than Joe. I also took my personal vehicles to him to work on. My prayers and sympathies I extend to his family and loved ones. RIP, Joe....
