We are truely sorry for your loss. we are william and Mitzi watts. we new joe well. we wonted to come to the visatation but we lost our 16 year old son to a ATV accident. Michael watts. 9 months ago, but we wonted to let you know how sorry we are to hear of joe's death, we will see him again in heaven.

I can't seem to find the words to tell you how sad and heavy my heart became today when I read in the paper about Joe. I am so sorry for the hurt and sadness that I know you must be going thru right now. The friendship that Joe and I shared over the years meant the world to me. I loved him like a brother. My apologies for not being able to come tonight and tell you this in person. I have been sick and in the hospital myself and Lynne had some out-patient surgery...

I went to school with Joey Birch and used to date David Birch. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all at this time. I just lost my dad on Jan. 7th and I understand what you are going through. May God bless you in the coming days.
