Joe was an amazing neighbor, sharing his produce, tolerant of our kids, and uncomplaining about the liquid amber roots that grew from our tree under his driveway. And when we had a surge of thievery, when several of our vehicles were "borrowed," Joe chased the thief and almost caught her. Joe and Nancy were both very kind and generous and we felt fortunate to have had them for neighbors for 33 years.
