JOE AND DONNA WERE ALWAYS A SPECIAL TREAT WHEN THEY CAME FOR A VISIT.I CAN still remember Joe laughing with my dad.we miss Joe and Donna.

Deeply saddened at the news of Joe´s passing. I was a caregiver of Joe & Donna´s and I got so close to them that they felt like my grandparents. We developed a great bond in the half of year we spent together & I loved them very much. I was heartbroken when I left the caregiving company because I didn´t want to leave my Joe & Donna. God bless you Borba family. May you Rest In Peace Joe

I'm so sorry to read of Joe's passing. He was one of my father's life-long friends. They had many adventures together... deep sea fishing in Baja, searching for abalone along the California coast, and of course they shared a love of flying. My sincerest condolences to Donna and all of Joe's family. Fly high Joe!
