Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear about your loss. May the promises of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, be a comfort to you and your family. May you be surrounded by His love. Friend of a Friend, Sister in Christ

Frances Smith and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Such a senseless tragedy. God bless Joe and others like him who are brave enough, especially in this day and age, to step up and "serve and defend" .

Sincerest condolences to Mary Kate, Joe's family, co-workers and friends. The whole community morns with you, especially those that had the opportunity to meet Joe. He was such a likeable, kind man. Someone who leaves a good impression even on those of us who only met him one time. It's such a heartbreaking tragedy. God Bless!

Deputy Donald Penman

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

My Condolences to his family, friends, and work family. Our community is grieving with you.

I have just read about this young Law Enforcement Officer and would like to extend my sincerest condolences. From where I stand the still look like kids. It is heart crushing when best leave so young. Here is Canada we also had a young officer killed, also one of the finest you could ask for, Shelby Patton. It's too much all of it.

"Bazooka Joe" was the most solid guy I knew. He was everything that the officers have described, but he also had the biggest heart. He loved God, MaryKate his wife, his family and his friends and would have done anything for them. And, he was about the best drummer I knew. His impact is so huge and will remain. Miss and love you, Joe!
