Not sure what to say?

Dear Daddy:

As we come up on 8 years since you have been gone, I think about how difficult it has been being separated from my best friend and role model. Lisa and Erin have done a wonderful job taking care of me and stepping into your shoes of guiding and looking after me.

I continue to learn from our years together Daddy and hope I can be as good a father to Erin as you were to me.

I love you and miss more each day

Your loving son, Douglas

Dear Daddy: I am so sorry I did not stop by and visit you on your birthday. Please always know that you are in my heart daily. with all my love and undying appreciation

To the Cain Family and my friend Doug:
My heart goes out to you and may the Lord be with you in these times. In two weeks it will be 2 years since I lost my father as well, my heart hurts for you as it does my own family. Please accept my condolences and let me know if there is anything that anyone needs.

Dear Daddy, It's been two years since you have been gone. They have been the two most difficult years of my life. Your passing was not only the death of my father, but the death of my family. Without Lisa and little Erin, I would not have made it. I make it only because you taught me how to never give up. I love and miss you more with each passing day.

Dear Merlene and family,

May heart and prayers are with you. May the Lord comfort you in your loss.

With Love, Freda Martin

I knew Mr. Cain when I worked for Preferred Bank. He was one of our first customers at the branch in Spring. And of course...he was one of my favorite customers. He and I would exchange WWII stories as my father had been a POW during WWII. I remember , most of all, Mr. Cain's firm handshake and his winning smile. Please accept my prayers and condolences as Mr. Cain was definitely one of the "Greatest Generation"

I did not know Mr. Cain personally but I do know his son, Doug and have worked with him for many years. Joe had to a remarkable individual as shown through his son, Doug, and the work ethics and personal values he displays in the business of Lake Truck Lines. Doug and Lisa, we are so sorry for such a huge loss and will be keeping you and your family in our prayers.
