Dear Marie,

We are so very sorry for your loss. Raymond and I are keeping you and your family in our prayers during this difficult time. We were late in learning about this and are sorry we were not able to attend the funeral.

Marie and family,

May God's grace and peace reign in your hearts in the days ahead. We were always encouraged by Joe's kind words, always asking about our son, Mark. Joe sincerity and caring spirit will not be forgotten.

Dear Marie and Family,
Chris and I send our regards and prayers to you and your family during this time. Joe was a wonderful man and I feel so lucky to have known him in our youth and to have played ball with him. He was such a man of character and integrity. May you and your family find peace and fond memories during this time.

Dearest Marie,

We did not hear about Joe until tonight. I am so sorry--we would have been there. He was such a wonderful person and we think of all of you more often than you would believe. Know that you are in our prayers and let's get together for lunch or supper sometime and catch up. Sending love and prayers, Ray and Darlene Thomas
