Bettye Ann, So sorry to hear o Joe's passing. He was truly a man of many talents. I have many fond memories of our times together. Love, Kathleen

Dr. Chambers was one of my favorite people in DHEC. We were friends for many years. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him; I am so thankful he was a part of my life.

Bettye Anne - God Bless;
Joe - Godspeed...

Bettye Anne, I'm so sorry! I hope Joe is having a cocktail with my Aunt Sue and Eva. They were quite a team.

Dr. Chambers was truly a man of great service to the community and public as a whole. A man of great humility, he knew all of his employees personally and by first names. He was always interested in what best served the population and chose to serve rather than enrich himself. The world is a better place because of him.
