Today is the 4 anniversary of your passing.

Joe hired me to work for him when I was only 14 yrs old and living in San Antonio. My first job. At the corner of Zarzamora/Guadalupe St. And then move me to the Zaz rest. by OLLU. Mr. Chin was a kind, respectful and candid soul while his spent time on earth. He was a great teacher to his children and to anyone he met. He inspired me to be an honest man and to take pride on a job well done. If anyone ask me if he left a legacy, I would say "yes". I am now 65 yrs old and I remember...

The loss of another great Chin, goodbye Uncle Joe I have only fond memories of you , your kind soul will be missed.
