Joe hired me to work for him when I was only 14 yrs old and living in San Antonio. My first job. At the corner of Zarzamora/Guadalupe St. And then move me to the Zaz rest. by OLLU. Mr. Chin was a kind, respectful and candid soul while his spent time on earth. He was a great teacher to his children and to anyone he met.
