Joe Colletto

I was pleased to listen to the stories Joe Colletto told me at the Carmel Foundation. I shared with him that I had known the son he lost. He asked me to keep his place for him as a volunteer "cashier" marking lunch tickets there. I trained and held it for several years and went to the volunteer's annual luncheons. I am grateful to him for opening that door for me. I did go to see the model fishing boat he built. I think of his storytelling of fishing days, including making his own nets...
