You are a lengend there. No one will ever give the way you did. It was from your heart and soul. You taught me so much. Joey carries a spot in my heart that is very special and has always been remembered as a dear friend. He will be missed.

It is with great sadness that I say good bye to a true and sincere friend. Joe was a rare and genuine soul who stood in bright contrast against our pretend world and I admired him.

I will really miss Joe. He was always so willing to help and share a smile. He made everyone feel welcome and will be missed by everyone. My prayers and thoughts will be with his family and friends.

I will always remember what a good worker Joe was when I was his Supervisor for Sacramento County Highway Department. My heart goes out to Joes family. When I retired and left California I did not leave my memories of many friends.

I enjoyed knowing Joe and working with him for many years at the EDD. He had a good sense of humor and many a story. I know he was amazed when he discoved that I actually knew where Jarbidge Nevada was and had been there. I am so sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed.
