LEITCHFIELD -- Joe Cubbage, 68, died Sunday, February 16, 2003, in Louisville. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Watkins-Oller Funeral Home, with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
