My mom, Frankie Neeley, knew Joe for many, many years - he was not only her attorney, but a longtime friend. I will always remember him because my mom spoke of him so often. She had a deep respect for him and appreciated their friendship. Unfortunately, my mom was unable to attend or even acknowledge the passing of this wonderful man, as she was in a nursing home, nearing her end on this earth. She passed on March 1st, 2019. May your beloved Joe rest in peace with the angels. I know...
